For the fermentation of beer and wine. Place under fermenting vessel (up to 25L). Will provide a steady source of gentle heat (30W). Low running costs. Aids yeast activity and helps prevent a stuck ferment. Comes with 230v 50Hz UK plug. Check often with a thermometer to ensure the correct temperature is being maintained. Do not use Heat Tray during first 24 hours of fermentation.
